We are a global organization helping companies and nations around the world build and operate better, safer, more efficient and cost effective high-speed rail systems.

SNCF stands for Société Nationale des Chemins de fer Français – the French National Railway. We have been operating high-speed rail systems since 1981, with more than 1,100 miles of designated high-speed track and more than 800 high-speed trains running every day.

As America prepares to create its own high-speed rail systems, SNCF has come to be a part of these historic projects.

We are looking forward to partnering with the people of California, Florida and other states to create a world-class high-speed rail system that will drive business development and job creation, improve air quality, cut petroleum use and reduce highway and airport congestion.
